Rule 105 (a) Territory
Mile 0.0 : Port Robinson Yard, Canby Street, Port Robinson : Mile 0.0 is the beginning of the CN Chemical Lead at CN Port Robinson yard. The Lead runs off of the ladder track of the yard. Taking pictures here is not recommended, because you would have to be on their property to do so.
Mile 0.51 : Allanport Road, Niagara Falls : Allanport Road is a main road between Hwy 20 (Blackhorse Corners) and Canby Street/Chippawa Creek Road in Port Robinson. You can catch 564 here from time to time. 564 usually passes here, backing up through here when required, around mid afternoon. This line leads exclusively to Oxy Vinyls Canada Inc. (BF Goodrich).
Mile 1.71 : Thorold Townline Road, Niagara Falls : Thorold Townline Road also runs between Hwy 20 and Chippawa Creek Road. This is where Oxy Vinyls Canada Inc. is located. You can get pictures here too. Also I didn't mention that you can get the odd picture of 564 between Allanport Road and Thorold Townline Road.
Take Hurricane Road off of Allanport Road, beside the tracks. It travels about 75% of the way to Thorold Townline Road. Hurricane Road then curves south to Chippawa Creek Road.
The CN Chemical Lead runs directly off of the 'JC' ladder track in the heart of the CN Port Robinson yard on the CN Stamford Subdivision. This line was built during either WWI or WWII as I was once told years ago, but I have no other information to support this information.
This lead runs just eastward beyond the east side of Thorold Townline Road in Niagara Falls, providing service to Oxy Vinyls Canada Inc., and Poly One.
Oxy Vinyls Canada Inc., which produces plastic pellets, is or once was part of BF Goodrich. I don't know what Poly One produces.
Possibly CN 564 services this industry when required.
The CN local backs down the CN Chemical Lead from CN Port Robinson yard, across Allanport Road, along Hurricane Road and across Thorold Townline Road to service the industries.
There is a small siding west of Thorold Townline Road to store cars.
