CTC Territory - Signaled movement on entire trackage.
Mile 0.0 (London) : Richmond Street, London : This is the Jct. with the CN Dundas Subdivision to the east, and the GEXR Guelph Subdivision, to the north, and of coarse the CN Strathroy Subdivision to the west.
Mile 0.2 (Ridout) : Ridout Street, London : Ridout is located just west of the VIA station in London. There is interlocking signal here. I have seen VIA trains wait here to get into the station.

I just happened to luck out on being here at the right time. There is an old station type building here. It isn't much, but it might still be in use for VIA use.
Mile 41.7 (Wanstead) : Concession 2, Plympton : This is the village of Wanstead. The line just passes through here.
Mile 45.3 (Wyoming) : Broadway Street, Wyoming : Like Wanstead, the line has a few industries by the looks of one of the photos I took in 1998 of Wyoming.
Mile 46.3 (Petrolia Jct.) :
Mile 50.9 (Mandaumin) : Mandaumin Road, Lambton County : At this location there is a manual crossover, as it looks in one of the photos on this page below. Since then, the switch has been change to CTC control.

The CN Strathroy Subdivision begins at the location of the old VIA station which was imploded in February 2001 and heads west through Strathroy and to the west port hole of tunnel at Sarnia.
This line used to be completely double track between London and Sarnia. It now has sidings.
There is a large yard at Sarnia. It is about 2 miles east of the east porthole of the Sarnia-Port Huron tunnel.
The CN Strathroy Subdivision is the continuation of the CN Dundas Subdivision which moves several trains a day between the U.S. and Canada.
At Komoka, 10 miles west of London, the CN Chatham Subdivision joins the CN Strathroy Subdivision.
Only a handful of freight trains and VIA trains use the CN Chatham Subdivision.
The CP Windsor Subdivision joins and crosses the CN Strathroy Subdivision at mile 12.2 . The Jct. to the CP Windsor Subdivision was put in place around 1999 so that CP could use the CN Strathroy Subdivision to get to the U.S.A. via Port Huron.
In February 2001, the former CN building later used as the VIA station in London was imploded.
